Kristen Stewart Denies Robert Pattinson Romance

Kristen Stewart has shot down rumors she’s dating her Twilight and New Moon costar Robert Pattinson – insisting they’re just good pals.

Rumors of a romance have been rife for months, with recent reports claiming they spent the night together at a hotel in San Diego.

But Kristen, 19, is adamant she’s still with her longtime boyfriend, actor Michael Angarano.

Asked by Britain’s Top of The Pops magazine if the dating rumors are true, Kristen said, “No. Rob and I are good friends.

“We went through a lot together, so we feel very close. I’ve acquired a good buddy and that’s a big deal, but I haven’t left my boyfriend for Robert Pattinson!”Kristen and Rob, 23, reunited at Comic-Con in San Diego last Thursday.

The pair had spent most of the summer apart. Kristen has been in Los Angeles filming Joan Jett biopic The Runaways; Robert has been in New York filming indie drama Remember Me.

The duo attended the eagerly-awaited event to promote the Twilight sequel.

During interviews, Stewart wasn’t as forthcoming when quizzed about her love life.

When one reporter asked Rob and Kris about their romantic relationship, Kristen rolled her eyes, laughed and said, “Are you kidding me?”

Another reporter said, “This question is for Kristen and Robert. You guys have great chemistry on film, romantically. Is there any chemistry off camera?”

Do you think Rob and Kristen are dating?

Rachelle Lefevre:To New Moon Or Not To New Moon?

When the publicity bandwagon for New Moon takes off at full speed come the fall, how exactly will Rachelle Lefevre and Summit Entertainment handle themselves?

First up, Lefevre has already done some advance work, including a photo spread in a major women's magazine with vampiring costars Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz.

"They waited until all of the long-lead stuff was done before making a move," an insider says of Summit's announcement earlier this week that Lefevre was being pushed aside to make room for Bryce Dallas Howard in Eclipse.

As for doing media closer to the November release date of the flick, several insiders tell me they're not sure what will happen...

Will Lefevre play nice and not talk trash about Summit? Or will she ask to be excused to avoid the inevitable and uncomfortable questions about being canned.

How about Summit—will the suits demand Lefevre play ball? Or, more likely, will they shut her out?

In the end, Lefevre should do as much media as she can. No need to rehash the not-so-nice relationship she has with Summit, because she already said enough earlier this week in her now-notorious statement blasting the studio.

Ms. Lefevre should milk as much as she can from her remaining time as part of the Twilight family.

"She's not in New Moon that much," a source said. "It's not like she was getting huge media requests. But now, with all the controversy, she's going to be wanted a lot more."

Vampire Guy Is A Little Stiff As Dali

If the sight of “Twilight” hottie Robert Pattinson in a comical, pencil-thin mustache, oversized ruffly collar and maniacally bugged-out eyes piques your interest, then go see “Little Ashes.”

But if you'd like to know about the famously eccentric Spanish psyche of surrealist artist Salvador Dali, whom Pattinson plays, you're better off consulting written biographies. “Little Ashes” does nothing to illuminate the iconic Spanish artist.

Pattinson's decision to play a young, sexually confused Dali seems a calculated attempt to separate himself from his dreamboat vampire character in 'tween phenomenon “Twilight.” Were he a more versatile actor, it might have been a good career move, but his blandly broad portrayal amuses more than enlightens. Co-star Javier Beltran, on the other hand, imbues his character, tortured poet/playwright Federico Garcia Lorca, with nuance and poignancy.

Set in Spain during the politically turbulent 1920s and '30s, the story focuses mainly on the youthful friendship and budding romance between Dali and Lorca. Filmmaker Luis Bunuel (Matthew McNulty) is a peripheral member of their artsy clique. Bunuel is portrayed as a homophobic manipulator who lures the malleable Dali away from Lorca with promises of fame in Paris.

The meandering film has moments of urgency, particularly when it focuses on Lorca, his growing politicization and the mystery surrounding his disappearance. But that arrives too late to redeem what has gone before.

The dialogue is stilted in an attempt to be profound. Most of the actors speak English with Spanish accents, except Pattinson, who employs a pretentious kooky-speak, accompanied by wild-eyed expressions. When he's emotional, he throws dark paint on a canvas and all over himself. Rage, frustration, sadness? It's anybody's guess.

“Eclipse Locales Will Be Guarded As Closely As The Crown Jewels”

VANCOUVER - Twihards around the world are turning their gazes back to Vancouver as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the Twilight team return to the city Aug. 17 to shoot Eclipse.

Eclipse Twifans want to know: Where in and around Vancouver are the stars going to land? What locations will host the vampires' lusty adventures and his prey's tremulous urges?

Naturally, location managers shy away from revealing to the media, as well as devotees, where they will shoot scenes in public places.

In the case of Eclipse locales will be guarded as closely as the Crown Jewels, because once word gets out, those sites will be swarmed with you know who.

It's a lot easier to find out where they WON'T be shooting when production begins.

Someone tweeting under the name of director David Slade has posted a couple of messages on Twitter. One stated: "A long day of scouting, found Newborn hideout and battlefield finally." And another contained images of two sites allegedly rejected by Slade.

Twilight Star Christian Serratos On Co-Star’s Exit From The Series

As the news broke this week that Bryce Dallas Howard would be replacing Rachelle Lafevre, who played Victoria in both Twiilght and the upcoming New Moon, for Eclipse, fans have been left wondering what the cast thinks of the change. Christian Serratos, who plays Bella Swan’s high school pal Angela Weber in the Twilight series, spoke to OK! about her feelings on the casting switch.

“It saddened me to hear about Rachelle and she greatly missed,” Christian tells OK!, adding, ” Although under these circumstances, I am excited to work with Bryce and can’t wait to start filming!”

After Summit Pictures announced the switch earlier this week and chalked it up to scheduling conflicts, Rachelle fired back with a statement saying she was “stunned” at the decision. Summit returned in kind, attributing the switch to her decision to take on Barney’s Version, an indie flick, for 10 days during rehearsal and filming time for Eclipse.
