Pattinson On The Cover Of 'Vanity Fair' (April 2011)

Escape from the Twilight Zone

They stopped in a bar in Lubbock, Texas, where, for the first time in as long as Pattinson can remember, he sat and had a beer, undisturbed by paparazzi or fans. “No one recognized me or anything,” he says. “And I was like, Ah, this is really cool, sitting there eating chicken wings and stuff.” He’d been searching for a place where he could feel what it’s like to just be himself, and thought he had finally found it.

But then something happened. Word got out. “They always find out somehow,” he says resignedly. Suddenly there were a thousand people in the street, and the police had to come and control the crowd. A bouncer asked him, “You want us to go and knock someone out?,” and Pattinson says, “I was like, ‘What are you talking about? You don’t need to hit anybody.’ ” Now he and his friends were trapped in the same bar that had been an oasis of anonymity. A police escort had to take them back to their hotel.

But such superlatives are probably just the kind of thing that would make him cringe and sweat even more profusely than he’s doing now, through his light-blue cotton button-down. He seems nervous; he says he’s nervous. This interview thing isn’t his thing. “I’m just so boring,” he says, running his hands repeatedly through his thick brown hair until it stands on end. “I’m just so dried up.” He’s chain-smoking American Spirits, drinking coffee and water and Snapple iced tea, nibbling at chocolate-covered pretzels left in a bowl for him by his assistant. Ashley Covers 'Cosmopolitan' January 2011

Ashley Greene rocks a tied up tummy on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine’s January 2011 issue.

The 23-year-old actress, who is currently dating Joe Jonas, shared her thoughts on getting married with the mag.

“I’m indifferent about marriage. I think sometimes people get married so they can say they have that person forever,” she dished. “But a ring doesn’t ensure that you’ll stay together.

“Watch, now that I’ve said that I will be the first of my friends to get married!” Ashley laughed. (source)

New Magazine Cover

On the set of Breaking Dawn, Kristen Stewart is eager to embrace the next exciting chapter of Bella and Edward’s love story. In the new issue of OK!, on sale this week, we take a look at what’s new in the Twilight Saga movies. The difficult birth of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen’s child is one of the most terrifying scenes in the whole Twilight series, and Kristen can’t wait to film it! “Bella does change a lot,” Kristen, 20, says. “She [becomes] such a mother. I think it will be awesome to see how much she’s changed from Twilight, where she’s a 17-year-old kid who doesn’t really care a whole lot, to see her become this matriarch.”

New EW Covers And Interview

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Did Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart confess their rumored romance backstage on “The Oprah Winfrey Show?”

That’s what one online report suggested in the wake of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” stars’ appearance (with co-star Taylor Lautner) on the show in May, but Kristen told Entertainment Weekly how things really went down.

“She glided over to me – and she was strong, by the way, really firm hands – and she said, ‘How are you?’ I said, ‘Good.’ She said, ‘Good. Are you nervous?’ I said, ‘Yeah, I am, but I think I’m OK.’ She said, ‘Good. We’ll have fun,’” Kristen told the mag. “And then she just walked away. And that was the most I talked to her backstage.”

However, Kristen also addressed something she did say – a recent comment in the media comparing paparazzi photographs of herself to rape, which she later apologized for.

“I’m so sensitive about stuff like that. It is the one subject that means a lot to me. I made one movie directly concerning it and I made another one where my character has a horrible history of rape. I talked to a lot of people about it,” Kristen told EW. “I used the wrong word. I should have said ‘violated.’ But I’m young and emotional. It’s just the way it goes sometimes. I probably shouldn’t say this, but I just feel like people got so excited once they saw that it was me. It was like, ‘Sweet! Lets get her!’”

Robert also defended Kristen, taking aim at the “little nerds… on their little blogs” who had attacked the comment.

“None of those associations came out and gave a statement [criticizing Kristen] without being called upon by the media first – who were doing it specifically to get hits on their websites,” he noted to EW. “That whole system of Internet journalists, where no one is called to account, is almost entirely about hate. All these people get away with doing it because they have no responsibility to anyone. All they need is to get a salacious headline and people click on it, because it’s easy.”

However, Rob added that doing “The Twilight Saga” gave the cast plenty of interview opportunities – and chances to defend each other.

OK Weekly: Twilight Wedding Bell Is On?

Twilight Wedding: OK! gives you the intricate details of the upcoming big-screen ceremony, based on imagery in Stephenie Meyer’s cult vampire series. And just like in old Hollywood, a real-life wedding might not be far off — so far, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s relationship has mirrored Edward and Bella’s.

OK! Magazine Cover

In less than a year Robert Pattinson has gone from “that handsome guy who played Cedric Diggory” in the Harry Potter films to the world’s most desired movie star.

But now, on the cusp of even bigger success with the impending release of New Moon and Eclipse currently being filmed in Vancouver, it may all slip away from R-Pattz, thanks to his recently accelerated romance with his on-and-off-screen girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

Because it’s not only his legions of female fans who might be disappointed to see Rob taken off the bachelor block by Kristen — there’s also the folks behind the Twilight films.

A real-life romance between the two would subvert New Moon’s entire story line, in which Bella falls for hunky werewolf Jacob Black, played by 17-year-old Taylor Lautner, and the studio brass want the Bella-Jacob spark to appear equally as plausible as the Bella-Edward relationship.

“The producers took Rob and Kris aside and told them to keep their relationship under wraps for a few more months,” an insider tells OK!. “But they’re so much in love, they can’t keep their hands off each other.”

It’s made life a bit of a pressure cooker for the two young superstars. “They’re crazy about each other, and they want to shout it from the rooftops,” says an Eclipse set insider. “But they’re also part of this massive machine called Twilight and producers have this thing timed with scientific precision. They don’t want Rob and Kristen to tell the world about their relationship until the time is right.”

Adds the source, “Rob’s whole world is Kristen. I’m surprised he even knows his lines because he’s so absorbed with her. He has no time whatsoever for his guy friends and has cut virtually everyone off so he can spend every waking moment with Kristen. He’s all about his woman.”

Regardless of whether he’s jeopardizing his career by moving toward marriage with Kristen, Rob is clearly ready and willing to take the risk. “Trust me; he generally does what he’s told by producers,” one source tells OK!, “but this kid has a strong will of his own, and if he wants to walk around Vancouver with Kristen in front of the world, he’s going to.”
