Actor Jackson Rathbone, best known as Jasper Hale in the Twilight films, will soon be heading to Dallas for TwiCon, America’s largest Twilight convention. And while he’s in town, he’s taking time out of his busy schedule to make a dream come true for one special fan.
Dorothy is a 14-year-old Twilight fan battling terminal cancer, who has dreamed of meeting the cast of the hit film since she first saw it last year. And this weekend, with Jackson and his band 100 Monkeys in town for the convention, she’s been invited to join them backstage at their concert at Dallas’ Palladium.
“We’re all very lucky people and helping others makes us who we are,” said Rathbone.
Twi-Con starts July 30 and runs through Aug. 2.
